Meet the people behind IAI

  • Carl McDonald

    Intelligence experience since 1984, including service as a US Navy intelligence analyst. Founded IAI in March 2006 and has worked as a supply chain risk management subject matter expert since 2016.

  • Barry Fisher

    Returned to IAI as chief executive in August 2025. His experience includes counterintelligence analysis at IAI and program leadership at Lockheed Martin, where he managed a contract with more than sixty expert analysts.
